By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. 1. OUR SERVICES Remember Me Gems designs and hand-crafts personalized memorial gemstones inlaid with cremation ashes, using the Remember Me Gems Studio and related tools on our Site. All products are made to order and are one of a kind. 2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT All orders are placed and paid for through our Site using Square. Prices shown at checkout, including any beta pricing or promotional discounts in effect at the time, are the prices you will be charged. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. 3. CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS Every Remember Me Gem is made specifically for you based on your selections and, where applicable, your loved one's ashes. Because these products are personalized and made to order, all sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange, except as provided in our Our Promise craftsmanship guarantee. 4. SHIPPING AND ASH COLLECTION After you place an order, we will send you an ash collection kit with instructions for returning a small portion of your loved one's ashes to us. We currently ship within the United States only. Ashes and finished gems are handled with care throughout our process, as described on our How It Works and Our Promise pages, but we are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during transit to or from our facility via third-party carriers, beyond what those carriers' own insurance or claims processes provide. 5. OUR CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE We stand behind the quality of our work as described on our Our Promise page. Natural gemstone is durable but not indestructible, and our guarantee does not cover damage from accidental breakage or impact after delivery. 6. SPECIAL REQUESTS We are happy to discuss custom stones, shapes, symbols, or other requests outside our standard offerings. Special requests may involve additional cost, time, or limitations, which we will discuss with you before proceeding. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and the Remember Me Gems Studio tool itself, is owned by or licensed to Remember Me Gems and may not be copied or used without our permission. 8. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remember Me Gems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order. 10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Remember Me Gems operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. 11.
