Our craftsmanship guarantee
Every Remember Me Gem leaves our hands only when we're satisfied it meets our standard. But if yours arrives and something isn't right — if the finish isn't what it should be, if the engraving isn't clean, if the resin ash inlay has any issue — we want to know. We'll make it right.
If you're not satisfied with the quality of the craftsmanship when your gem arrives, we'll fix it.
If the grommets loosen or fail, we'll repair them.
If there's any issue with the resin ash inlay, we'll address it.
This is a family business. Your gem carries someone irreplaceable. We don't take that lightly, and we don't hide behind policies.
A note about the nature of stone
Natural gemstone is one of the hardest substances on earth — but hard is not the same as indestructible. Stone can crack, chip, or break if dropped or mishandled. This is the nature of the material, and it's beyond what any craftsperson can guarantee.
Our promise covers our work — the shaping, the engraving, the inlay, the finish. It does not cover damage from accidental breakage or impact after your gem has been delivered.
